American Red Cross Board of Governors to implement an integrated
disaster preparedness plan for the Bay Area of California.To aid
the polyglot population of that region, the council has recently

Arabic, Cambodian, Chinese, Farsi, Japanese, Korean, Spanish,
Tagalog, and Vietnamese and made them available on-line. To gain
